30-Day Returns
Not in love with your purchase? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
Email hello@viomcollections.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup and guide you through the simple process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
